Natural history exhibits of Great Smoky Mountains
National Park are featured in Sugarlands Visitor
Center near intersection of U.S. 441 and Tennessee
Highway 73 at Park Headquarters. Center bears
name of surrounding area covered by an abundant
growth of maple trees, the sap of which provided
sweetening for pioneers.
