Joint Chiefs of Staff, stands on the highest level of
United States Military Schools.
The course of instruction is conducted to prepare
carefully selected future military and civilian govern-
mental leaders for the exercise of high level policy
and planning of national strategy. The College was
established in 1946 at Ft. Lesley J. McNair in south-
western Washington, D. C."
