Dedicated October 4, 1970, in memory of Mr.
Clothier, Supervisor, Town of Hanover, for
twenty-two years. Part of the County Seat
Complex, this building incorporates functions
of Mental Health, Public Health, Radio Shop,
Social Services and Veterans' Service Agency,
with a 170-seat auditorium on the basement
level.
