This machine, called the Accogel® Encapsulation
Machine, the first in the pharmaceutical industry
capable of filling one-piece soft shell capsules
with powder, liquid, or paste, took 7 years for
Lederle people to develop. The gelatin goes
through in two "ribbons," combines with filling,
and comes out a completed capsule.
