In fact, this picture shows the larger part of our city's banking institutions. At the left in the foreground you see Albany's largest banking institution, the National Commercial Bank & Trust Company, two doors above the National Savings Bank. On the lower corner of South Pearl Street, the Albany County Bank with the new City Savings Bank Building towering prominently above.
