Horning, Norfolk Broads (Night) Horning is a pretty
village with a good Saxon name, well flavoured with
antiquity and picturesquely supplied with a river-front
of quaint houses straggling along the flat bank. An old
windmill stands behind like a giant sentinel, on duty
against the noise and turmoil of the new generation.
