LEWIS AND CLARK CAMP
'Twixt and 'tween Columbia and Boonville on 1-70,
the main street of America, at the Missouri River,
there's one thousand acres of recreation. Ride the
replica of the Lewis and Clark Keel Boat, see the
pictograph cliffs and the campsite of the Lewis and
Clark Expedition on June 7, 1804. See on the Keel
Boat the museum case of authentic interesting papers,
and other historical matter pertaining to the Lewis
and Clark expedition. From the Keel Boat, see two
and half miles of beautiful scenery, the same as
viewed by the Expedition in 1804. Visit Boone Cave,
one of Missouri's finest caves. Ride horseback over
the nature trails or take a hayride. Visit the Lewis
and Clark trading post and see one of the world's
finest gun collections, machinery of yesteryear,
ancient Indian mounds and one of nature's phe-
nomena-sink holes. Record these and the beautiful
sugar maples in the fall with your camera club. Won-
derful dining at the Camp Fire or Tobacco Barn.
Excellent camping facilities. Free picnic tables for
groups and organizations and special rates for organi-
zations of 50 or more. Groups up to 47 people may
charter the Keel Boat for breakfast until 11 o'clock
