One of the most spectacular live oak trees, it has a spread of
120 feet with a foliage so thick that during a heavy rain, the
ground remains dry within a diameter of 70 ft. This tree is
over 450 years old and its platform and stairs will accommodate
150 students from the University of Mississippi Campus where it
is located
