BAKED INDIAN PUDDING
( 8 Portions)
1 qt. Milk
1/4 cup Yellow Coarse Corn Meal
1/2 cup Molasses
Boil above for about 15 Minutes
Beat 1 Egg
2 oz. Butter or Oleo
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and
pour into a baking pan. Bake in
a 3500 oven for 1-1/2 hours
Stir every 20 minutes
Top serving of Indian Pudding
with Vanilla Ice Cream.
