One of the world's largest drug manufacturing organi-
zations saw its beginnings in this old farmhouse, built
in the 1700's. Here one product, diphtheria antitoxin,
got its start in 1906. Today, Lederle supplies many
hundreds of different biological and pharmaceutical
products for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of
human and animal diseases.
