Preserved in its original State, The now famous restaurant is said to be where Blue-Faced Pirate Flint of "Treasure Island" died. The quaint building is situated in the original Trustees Garden (1773) from which came the first upland cotton and the Georgia Peach. Adjoining Herb Shop is thought to be the oldest home in Savannah (1734).
