THE TIFFIN DINING ROOM owned and
operated by Jean and Paul Shank, Denver's
self-styled "architects of appetites"-is truly
one of America's finest eating houses. Cater-
ing to those particular people who enjoy and
appreciate the luxury of delectable food, per-
fectly prepared and properly served.
Completed in 1889, this beautiful granite
mansion is reminiscent of the West's fabulous
mining era and the gay nineties. Exquisitely
carved stairways and panels and beautiful in-
terior decorations create an atmosphere of
quiet and dignity which portrays an exclusive
