of Rockford has again been converted into an
Army Camp.
Occupying 3,280 acres with 361 buildings,
the Camp is comprised of Reception Center
and Medical Department Replacement Train-
ing Center. The Reception Center is capable
of handling 22,000 men per month. In the
Medical Department Replacement Training
Center, over 5,800 men are in training for a
13 weeks period.
