Fonte d'Amore is a village in the center of Italy about ninety miles east of Rome. Its landscape is completely surrounded by high rising mountains and streams of fresh water born form natural springs. A legend about the ancient poet, Ovid, tells us that he would meet a beautiful girl, that he loved, at one of the springs in the village. Later, this spring became known as the Fonte d'Amore (Fountain of Love). Since John and Lina Del Signore came to the United States of America, their dream has been to open a restaurant with the same name of their home town, Fonte d'Amore. Many years have passed and now John and Lina would like a thank all the people who have helped to make their dream a reality. |
