| Sherman Associates, Realtors an example of Adaptive use in historic Marshall, Michigan. This brick Italian villa was built as a residence in 1873 by Dr. William B. Church. The frame building on the left was built in 1866 for use as a drug store and Doctor's offices. In 1972 David E. Sherman purchased and restored both structures. They are now in use as real estate offices. |
