Frankfurter Casserole-
Hunt Style
3 cups diced potatoes,
uncooked
6 frankfurters, sliced
I small onion, diced
½ green pepper, diced
1½ tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup water
Cook potatoes in boiling salted
water 10 minutes. Drain. Mix
with remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased baking dish
and bake in moderate oven
(350°F) 45 minutes or until
top is browned and potatoes are
done. Makes 4 servings.
