Kingswood School Cranbrook, a boarding
and day school for girls from grade 7 through
12, is a part of the Cranbrook educational com-
munity which is located in Bloomfield Hills,
Michigan, a beauitful residential suburb 20 miles
northwest of Detroit and 4 miles south of
Pontiac. Overlooking Cranbrook Lake and sur-
rounded by wooded slopes, the site is one of
great beauty with varied opportunities for out-
door recreation and sports.
Other Cranbrook units are: Christ Church
Cranbrook, a Protestant Episcopal Church serv-
ing the entire community; Cranbrook Academy of
Art, Cranbrook Institute of Science, Cranbrook
School, a boarding and day school for boys from
