Kilauea volcano on Hawaii is the most
accessible volcano in the world. On the
banks of its crater is situated the Volcano
House and near by are the sulphur baths
from natural vapor cracks. The circumfer-
ence of the crater is 7.85 miles and encloses M
an area of 2,650 acres. The remarkably deep
pit of the extinct crater Kilauea-Iky,
mile and a half from the Volcano house $40
easily reached. A splendid automobile road
goes to the brink of the crater.
