ING HAVE ATTAINED A HIGH STATE OF PERFECTION. THE INHABITANTS ARE
DUTCH, A BRANCH OF THE GERMANIC RACE, SPEAK THE DUTCH LAN-
GUAGE, WHICH IS ALLIED TO THE PLATT-DEUTSCH OF NORTH-WESTERN
GERMANY AND 18 NEARLY IDENTICAL WITH THE FLEMISH. THEY ARE
SOBER, INTELLIGENT AND INDUSTRIOUS. OUR PHOTO REPRESENTS A
