H.R.H. Princess Mary. The only daughter
of Their Majesties King George V. and Queen
Mary, often takes part in public functions, and
holds a warm and assured place in the hearts of
all their loyal and devoted subjects.
The Princess was born 25th April, 1897, her
full name being Victoria, Alexandra, Alice,
Mary.
Great interest and enthusiam was aroused
by the announcement, on November 22nd, 1921,
of the betrothal of this beloved and popular
Princess to Viscount Lascelles, D.S.O., eldest
son of the Earl and Countess of Harewood.
