We are located on the east side of Southport Island on Route 27 at the water's edge overlooking
beautiful Boothbay Harbor. There are 20 acres of woodland trails and water front within the
property. We are a few minutes to the shopping district, restaurants, theatres, golf course, and
many historical points of interest. All rooms have either one or two double beds, private bath,
thermostat heat and private entrance. There are boat trips and fishing from our private pier.
Daily rates for two persons in a room, continental breakfast included, are as follows:

5% will be deducted from above rates for seven days occupancy. Rooms with two double beds will
accommodate four persons ($2.00 for each extra person). All rooms have reduced rates after
Labor Day till October 15. A deposit of one day's rental is required with all definite reservations.
