1/2 cup chopped Ortega chili peppers
28 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
6 oz. can V-8 juice

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 T. chili powder
2 T. Tabasco sauce
2 T. corn meal
1 15 oz. can kidney beans
Brown meat. Blend tomatoes in blender on puree setting. Add tomatoes,
onion, bell pepper, celery, chili peppers, kidney beans, V-8 juice and spices.
Let simmer 20 min. Add corn meal. Simmer for additional 5 min.
