YOUNGTOWN, ARIZONA, a unique community for semi-
retired and retired people, is located one mile south of U.S.
Highways 60, 70, 89 and 73, approximately 17 miles north-
west of Phoenix. The first house was completed October 1954.
535 homes are occupied in December 1958.
