Willow Springs

WILLOW SPRINGS near Rosamond, California, was a key stopover for early Mojave Desert travelers. At the crossing of three trails, it had such notable visitors as Padre Garces in 1776, John Fremont, Kit Carson, Death Valley 49ers.
