A 23-story tower of steel, glass, and
aluminum, providing modern office space in
the heart of downtown Denver. Exterior is
a grid of dark anodized aluminum bands,
overlayed with vertical strips and horizon-
tal panels of white porcelain enamel, en-
closed with plate glass in bright aluminum
frames. Completely air-conditioned, and
serviced by elevators controlled by the new-
est electronic devices.
