EDUdining: The Art of Stuffed
Pasta
Del Posto's Chef di Cucina, Matt
Abdoo, will teach you the
fundamentals of making and
cooking stuffed pasta. Students will
produce egg-based pasta dough,
and work with different fillings.
The afternoon will conclude with a
family style lunch, sampling the
fruits of your labor, accompanied
by Del Posto House Wines.

A five course dinner of Lombardian
favorites will be paired with wines
that reflect the unique expression
of Valtellina. Explore the classics,
while also sampling new and
upcoming producers.

with a reception featuring a Chef's
selection of our signature assaggi,
leading into a demonstration of a
classic Lombardian dish. The four

region, each one paired with
Lombardian wines selected by our
Wine Director, Jeffrey Porter.
