Saturday, March 23rd
EDUdining: The Art of Stuffed
Pasta
Del Posto's Chef di Cucina, Matt
Abdoo, will teach you the
fundamentals of making and
cooking stuffed pasta. Students will
produce egg-based pasta dough,
and work with different fillings.
The afternoon will conclude with a
family style lunch, sampling the
fruits of your labor, accompanied
by Del Posto House Wines.

Join Del Posto's Wine Director,
Jeffrey Porter, as he takes a tour of
the wines of Valtellina. A beautiful

Valtellina produces some of the
most dynamic wines in the region.
A five course dinner of Lombardian
favorites will be paired with wines
that reflect the unique expression
of Valtellina. Explore the classics,
while also sampling new and
upcoming producers.

Your evening at Del Posto begins
with a reception featuring a Chef's
selection of our signature assaggi,
leading into a demonstration of a
classic Lombardian dish. The four
course menu will be composed of
Chef Ladner's favorites from the
region, each one paired with
Lombardian wines selected by our
Wine Director, Jeffrey Porter.
Our Regional Fridays are a great
way to travel to Italy without
