Sometime in summer the annual Character Boat Parade
ruffles Newport Harbor's placid waters. Quite a few boats
brightly painted and banner-draped-makelaltwo-hou
harbor cruise through the cocktail hour for enjoyment of
their owners, friends, and the appreciation of all who
watch the Character Boat
Parade.
