Nestled on the east side of the Sierra Nevada, near the shores of
Mono Lake, the tiny hamlet of Lee Vining greets visitors from the
world over. Lee Vining offers the only eastern entrance to
Yosemite National Park, and is the gateway to the ghost town of
Bodie and the Mono Basin National Scenic Area.
