Phelps Mill

| Picturesque Phelps Mill on the Otter Tail River 16 miles northeast of Fergus Falls, Minn. began grinding wheat into flour in 1889 and had been idle since 1931 when the County bought the property ion 1965. Restoration of the mill and development of 36 acres of park land started soon after the purchase. A committee working with the County hopes to get some machinery back in operation. |
