highway, may be reached from Bergen Park over Squaw
Pass to Echo Lake or from Idaho Springs through granite-
walled Chicago Creek Canyon to pine-encircled Echo Lake,
then past glacial-pocketed Summit Lake to the top of lofty
Mt. Evans. Crest House offers refreshments and souvenirs.
