The Irma Hotel complex is Buffalo Bill's original hotel in the Rockies and is
designated a National Historic Place. Built in 1902 by Col. William F. "Buffalo Bill"
Cody and named for his daughter, the Hotel features a unique cherrywood backbar
made in France and given to the hotel by Queen Victoria of England. The backbar is
valued at $300,000 and is a priceless testament to the worldwide fame of Buffalo
Bill, even today.
