Maritime Museum is among the world's largest of its kind.
Aircraft carrier YORKTOWN (CV-10), World War II's famous
"Fighting Lady", is the flag ship of the Patriots Point fleet. She
was commissioned April 15, 1943, and fought in many historic
battles. Visitors may also tour the heroic destroyer LAFFEY,
WWII submarine CLAMAGORE, Coast Guard cutter INGHAM,
and a re-creation of a Vietnam-era Naval Support Base.
