JEAN HARLOW.
Jean Harlow, the original platinum blonde, was born in Kansas
City, March 3rd, 1911. Real name, Harlean Carpenter. Married
her first husband at the age of 16. Afterwards married Paul
Bern, the well-known Hollywood director, who committed
suicide in 1932. Played for two years in comedies. Obtained
the only feminine role in "Hell's Angels," and created a sensa-
tion. Height 5 ft. 2 in.
