CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, the Pediatric unit
of St. Francis Hospital, was dedicated in 1954.
The two upper floors accommodate 96 children.
The ground floor houses the St. Francis Com-
munity Clinic. All utilities as well as diagnostic
and therapeutic services are rendered through
the hospital proper. This building was made
possible through contributions of local indus-
tries and the citizenry of Peoria and surround-
ing area. It is operated by The Sisters of the
Third Order of St. Francis.
