LUBBOCK, TEXAS
The Health Sciences Center Building in Lubbock is
the home base of Texas Tech University School of
Medicine. All medical students spend their first two
years in the facility and the last two years working
out of regional centers in Lubbock, El Paso and
Amarillo. The medical school opened in 1972. The
HSC Building was dedicated in 1977.
